42V2A Charger for 36V Li-ion Battery, Compatible with GOTRAX Electric Scooters

The 42V 2A 3-in-1 intelligent universal charger is suitable for charging 36V lithium batteries. If the charger is not working, there are a few steps to inspect:

1. Before charging, please check the battery's health status. The battery should have been in use for less than 12 months or not used for 2-3 months.

2. If the green light is on when the power is plugged in, but the charger does not work after the battery is connected, and the green light remains on, it could be because the positive and negative (+/-) connectors of the charger do not match your battery connector. Try changing the connector to connect it to your battery.

3. If there is a green light when plugging in the power, but the green light goes out when the battery is connected, it could be due to an internal short circuit in the battery, causing the charger's self-protection function to fail. Please check your battery.

4. This charger is only suitable for 36V Li-ion batteries, not for Lead-acid batteries, and not for 24V, 25.2V, or 29.4V versions.

The 42V 2A 3-in-1 lithium battery charger has LED light prompts to indicate the charging status. The LED changes from red to green, indicating that the battery is fully charged. When the charger is connected to an AC power source, the LED turns green. The red light comes on during charging, and the green light comes on when the battery is fully charged.
